Daniel turns 13!

Yes it is official, we have a teenager in the house. And what better way to celebrae than a big fire. We had Max, Saxon and Jordan over for a great night of pizza, movies, fire and marshmallows. This was followed by a sleep over (or should we say wake over). Great time had by all and lots of sleep had the following day.

The House has colour

Yes, we have roof. We have walls. We have eaves and walls and soon we will have windows. Today eaves were painted. Gary continues to be hidden away in the extension but it is obviously paying off. Window panes are arriving this week and the scaffold will soon be able to be taken down. When the front door and garage door arrive we will be able to have the infamous 'lock up' party - which I thought was near the end of the job - but is actualy only meaning where the shell is lockable - with much much more to go on the inside. Anyway, it will be a good excuse to have a party.
